The Venue

The two story barn accomodates 100 guests for a wedding, rehearsal dinner or private dinner with ADA accessible main level. The building can accommodate more than 100 guests for a social gathering without a dinner set up. Rental also includes the use of our wood farm style tables and chairs with set-up and take-down. A groom's lounge is also located inside the barn. 

The Bins sit on a 100 year old, thirty acre homestead with abundant outdoor amenities including ceremony site,  patio seating, pond, paddle boat, outdoor bar, power hookups, music capabilities, food truck hookups, ample room for yard games and a designated children's play area. A small herd of Jersey cows occupy the pastures, offering farm charm & a unique photo opp.

Repurposed grain bins are attached to the barn. Use one as a luxurious bridal suite featuring bathroom, full length mirror, clothing racks, lounge chairs, mini fridge with refreshments, air conditioning and heat. Using the bins for lodging on the wedding night is included in the Country Charm Package. 

Parking is available on site with lighting in the main parking area. Parking access may be restricted during the winter months. 

A kitchen, walk-in refrigerator, and walk-in freezer are located inside the barn with large doors for easy vendor access.

A casual, covered bar area is located near the pond. 

For an additional fee the property offers room for RV parking with electrical access on selective sites, no-hookup parking available as well. The bins can be reserved for the newly married couple and this is included in the Country Charm Package
